Piece-by-piece prototype and small-batch production

Implementation of piece, prototype and small-batch production in accordance with the customer’s technical documentation with a focus on flexibility, high quality and processing accuracy. The process includes technological preparation of production, production of parts, welding, machining, assembly, inspection and final acceptance. Production is managed in accordance with the requirements of DIN 2303, ISO 3834-2, AQAP 2110, EN1090-2+A1 and EN 15085-2 with an emphasis on documentation, traceability, change management and verification of conformity. This type of production enables the effective implementation of development projects, verification of design solutions and the introduction of new products into series production.
