Load-bearing and structural welded structures

Manufacture of load-bearing and structural welded structures intended for statically and dynamically stressed applications in the industrial, transport and defence sectors. The process includes technological preparation of production, qualified welding according to approved WPS, inspection of weld joints, non-destructive testing, dimensional inspection and final surface treatment. Production is carried out with an emphasis on strength, rigidity, service life, operational safety and full traceability of materials and processes. The procedures used meet the requirements of DIN 2303, ISO 3834-2, AQAP 2110, EN 1090-2+A1 and EN 15085-2, including quality management, documentation and change management.
