Welded and machined assemblies up to 35–50 t / piece

Production of large welded and machined assemblies weighing up to 35-50 tons per piece, intended for industrial, energy and defence applications. The process includes technological preparation of production, welding of large-sized parts, precision machining, heat treatment, dimensional inspection and final assembly. The emphasis is on high-dimensional accuracy, strength, structural stability and long-term operational reliability. Production is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DIN 2303, ISO 3834-2, AQAP 2110, EN 1090-2+A1 and EN 15085-2 with consistent quality control, process documentation and full traceability of production.
